Stephanie is an attorney and entrepreneur who is passionately invested in providing today’s professionals with the tools to navigate modern life. Her offerings around teaching mindfulness and meditation have been met with high regard. 

While building a successful career as managing partner and founder of Box Counsel, Stephanie became drawn to the study of mindfulness, meditation, and well-being—a natural evolution, rooted in her experiences as an attorney and the innate ability to connect with others. She often found herself not only providing legal advice but also becoming a confidante and mentor to those seeking guidance and support.

As Stephanie began to host spaces for conversations around well-being, she noticed a common theme brought up at every event: how to manage stress and overwhelm. Recognizing the need for more tangible tools and practices to address these challenges, Stephanie was compelled to deepen her knowledge in mindfulness and meditation through a curriculum of accredited courses and certifications.

Beyond the opportunity to add a complementary and progressive skillset to her existing role as a trusted advisor, Stephanie was inspired to empower others to navigate their own well-being with curiosity and grace. At the heart of Stephanie's approach is a compassionate lens that encourages people to explore what works best for them. Rather than claiming to have all the answers, Stephanie fosters a sense of community and openness, where people can truly be met where they are in the current moment. With family roots still in Dallas, Texas, Stephanie lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two children.

  • Sometimes we just don't want to go to sleep :) or maybe we do want to go to sleep but it is hard to get the mind to relax. This meditation is designed to provide an easy pathway for a gentle night's rest. We don't want pressure to sleep -- we want to be able to flow to sleep in a way that works best for us. Sending lots of love and relaxing vibes for this one! :)

  • Sometimes falling asleep can be challenging and that's ok -- with our mindfulness meditation practice, we can explore the invitation to gently let go and find ease as we drift off to sleep. Additionally, it is helpful to give yourself a space to practice compassion around going to sleep, especially when it is harder to relax. Use this meditation freely as a way to welcome a nurturing place to land during the evening. Think of it as a nighttime friend.

  • Sometimes we just need a reminder of who we are and what we value -- and no one can tell us otherwise! Use this guided meditation as a way to feel centered, confident and ready to accomplish what you want!

  • Sometimes it's helpful to have the reminder that everything is going to be OK. This is a practice that can be used at the end of the day to help add some relaxation and calm as you prepare for bed or are headed off to sleep. It can also be used as a morning practice to get ready for the day. Sending lots of compassion and may this be a reminder that all will be OK.
